Located in the SoHo area of Tampa, this restaurant serves Spanish-style tapas, offers a relaxed atmosphere, and always seems to be crowded! A visit to Bulla Gastrobar feels like a celebration of Spanish food and culture – and it can get very loud!
What to order:
Ideally, you could sample everything on the menu. Realistically, here are a few can’t-miss highlights of the night that 3 – 4 people can share: pimientos de padron, grilled octopus, sauteed garlic shrimp, huevos Bulla (the egg and paper-thin potato dish was mixed fresh at the table by the chef himself), and a paella. For dessert, Flan de coco, a coconut flan served with a passion fruit sorbet might look like a simple dessert but the caramel layer on top and on the sides completed the dinner perfectly.
