(May 2, 2023) – The Plasencia Group, a leading, privately-owned lodging investment advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Pappas to Vice President, adding to an already robust team of Florida hospitality investment advisors. Based in the firm’s Tampa office, Mr. Pappas is responsible for providing advisory services to hotel and resort owners and investors on individual and portfolio transactions, capital markets and strategic consulting needs, and owner representation and development management situations.
Mr. Pappas initially joined The Plasencia Group in the summer of 2019, receiving his master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University soon after arriving at firm. He had previously earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and then worked with CBRE as a Research Analyst. Andrew’s most recent position at The Plasencia Group has been as a Senior Financial Analyst where he worked in various areas of the company’s engagements in acquisitions, dispositions, owner representation and development management.
