What To Order
Appetizers: Heirloom tomato salad of freshly made burrata cheese, basil pesto and sweet Vidalia onion – OR – the Gambas al Ajillo made with red shrimp served in a garlic and olive oil mix with Spanish chili and served with focaccia bread
Entrées: Octopus à la Plancha served atop arugula, Marcona almonds and Jerez vinegar – OR – the spicy squid ink Bucatini Fra Diavolo with shrimp and mussels – OR – the seared Mediterranean Sea Bass served with fennel, mission figs and toasted Marcona almonds
Dessert: Absolutely go for the Grapefruit Givré which is a grapefruit sorbet with a dense, sweet sesame halva and rose loukoumi liqueur. It is presented inside a hollowed out grapefruit, which is a show-stopper.
