Gino’s
4542 Bennington Avenue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808 | ginosrestaurant.com | (225) 927-7156
This family-owned Italian restaurant has been a favorite of Baton Rouge residents and visitors since the 1960s. Open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, it’s definitely worth a visit when you’re in town for a LSU game or otherwise.
What To Order
By and large, people go to Gino’s for the arancini. The traditional meat variety rivals that of Paladar 511 in New Orleans, but they also offer crawfish and seafood versions that are worth trying when in season and available. Just be sure to sop up the extra tomato sauce with a serving of the Laurence bread!
