You just can’t go wrong with anything on Joe’s menu. The popular platter comes with a meat and two sides. Whatever you order, you’re sure to walk away full. The BBQ pork is piled high. It’s smoky, flavorful, and not dry. The half chicken is just as juicy and falls off the bone. For sides, the cole slaw is creamy good while the tater salad has a bit of crunch and bite. Maybe go for the creamy mac ‘n’ cheese. If you’re really hungry, try the pulled pork egg rolls as a starter. Top it all off with a hand-made shake. Who’s counting calories out in the middle of nowhere?
