The eatery, celebrating its 20th anniversary, has adapted to new protocols as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic, offering a to-go menu and now an outdoor patio. Patrick’s proficiency in the kitchen shines through with his most famous dish: the maple-miso Chilean sea bass served over baby spinach and wasabi mashed potatoes with a tamari-ginger sauce.
