Fosko is a cool café and creperie in historic Downtown Pensacola. The spot is named after an old drug store and soda shop, and its hospitality and handcrafted food and drinks certainly engender thoughts of the good old days.
What to order:
There’s no shortage of interesting coffee and tea drinks on the menu, but the standard latte is done very well. In terms of crepes, the signature strawberry, banana, Nutella is the best seller. For something on the savory side, the bacon-avocado caprese is delicious.
