What To Order

The ribs are the single best bite of food I’ve had in a long time. These huge ribs have an amazing thick bark/skin that gives way to the perfect rib meat. Pick an adjective – meaty, tender, juicy, flavorful, smoky – none of them do these ribs justice. You can actually taste the time and care that goes into smoking the meat. The restaurant’s most renowned dish is actually its whole-hog pulled BBQ plate, which is also exceptional, as are the sides – fries, mac n cheese, potato salad, baked beans, greens.
