What To Order

There’s a biscuit for everyone, but above all the others I recommend The Squawking Goat. It’s a simple but thoughtfully-compiled stack of all-natural fried chicken breast, a fried goat cheese medallion and house-made pepper jelly, all contained in a freshly-made, flaky biscuit.

Additional Tips

There are several Maple Street locations throughout the greater Jacksonville area, and more are opening throughout the Southeast. All the restaurants are closed on Sundays.
